All dogs over 6 months old need to be licensed in Maynard. Licenses are done by mail.
For each license you will need:
Valid rabies certificate information
$10.00 fee payable by check to the Town of Maynard
Completed form (please print)
Send information to:
Office of the Town Clerk, Town Building, 195 Main Street Maynard, MA 01754
Your tag and license will be mailed to you.
REMINDER: There will be a late fine assessed of $10.00 for each dog licensed after May 31, 2007
