Notice is hereby given in accordance with Mass. General Law, Chapter 138 as amended, that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 7:05 P.M. in Room 201 at the Maynard Town Building at 195 Main Street on alleged violations of Alcohol Beverage Rules and Regulations, “Standard of Conduct on the Premises” by the Maynard Rod & Gun Club 45 Old Mill Road, Maynard MA. This occurred on March 8, 2017, the result of a Maynard Police Investigation.
AERIAL APPLICATIONS TO CONTROL MOSQUITO LARVAE
The East Middlesex and Suffolk County Mosquito Control Projects will be conducting helicopter applications of the biological larvicide, Bti, to control mosquito larvae in mid-April and following flooding summer rains. The applications will be conducted over specific large wetlands in Bedford, Belmont, Burlington, Concord, Framingham, Hyde Park, Lexington, Maynard, Medford, Melrose, Newton, North Reading, Reading, Sudbury, Wakefield, Waltham, Wayland, Wellesley, West Roxbury, Weston and Winchester. The Maynard Board of Selectmen held a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 7:55 P.M. in Room 201 of the Maynard Town Building for the purposes of amending the Town Water and Sewer Rates. The new water and sewer rates are as follows:

Approval of Community Development Block Grant Application
and Community Development Strategy
The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on February 21, 2017 at 7:05 PM in the Michael J. Gianotis Room of Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA. The Town is applying to the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. Staff will request the Board of Selectmen review and approve the Town’s CDBG application.
