Submittal to Town Clerk
Please consider the document noted below as the Charter Review Committee’s submittal for changes to the Town of Maynard Charter to be considered at the May 2014 Annual Town Meeting. In compliance with Massachusetts General Law, the draft needed to be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than 6 months prior to the Annual Town Meeting. This was done on November 8, 2013.
Please note that there were several steps left in the process including a public hearing by the Board of Selectmen. As such, comments / changes were still possible.
