18-MAR-2020: THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD VIA CONFERENCE CALL
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5 and s.9, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday March 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Maynard Town Building, 195 Main Street, Maynard, Soup Campbell Room, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by the owner and petitioner Maynard Crossings JV, LLC – Capital Group Properties, 259 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA 01772.
The Petitioner is requesting Special Permit approval for a Drive-Thru use (Bank) at the Maynard Crossings (129 Parker Street) mixed-use development.
This request is pursuant to Sections 3.0, 9.3 and 10.4 of the Zoning By-laws and the Concept Plan approved by Town Meeting on October 5, 2016.
A copy of the application packages, the approved Concept Plan , and related materials are on file with the Office of Municipal Services Office, and can be viewed during normal business hours.
