Legal Notice – Planning Board Hearing – Apr 27

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the application filed by Derrick Maxwell on behalf of the owner and petitioner 31 Main Condominiums Trust, 31 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754.

The Petitioner is requesting an amendment to the 31 Main Street Special Permit and Site Plan Review Decision dated February 26, 2019 to remove the requirement for three offsite parking spaces per Section VII of the Decision required by Section 9.4.9.2 of the Zoning By-laws.
