Consistent with Section 2.3 and 3.2 of the Maynard Zoning By-laws, the Petitioner is requesting a Special Permit to operate a dog- grooming business accessory to the residential use, to be located in a new accessory building, at 102 Parker Street within the Single Residence 1 District.
