Legal Notice: ZBA Hearing – 55 Glendale – June 28

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.9 & s.15, the Maynard Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Maynard Town Building, 195 Main Street (Soup Campbell Room) Maynard, to hear all persons interested in the Variance Application filed by Kristen & John Mallin, 55 Glendale Street, Maynard, MA.

The subject property, 55 Glendale Street, is located within the Single-Family Residence Zoning District 2. The petitioner is requesting a Variance from Section 4.1.1 of the Zoning By- laws to allow the construction of a 15’ x 15’ addition on the back of the house which will increase building coverage over the 15% maximum.
