The Maynard Planning Board is hereby re-noticing the Public Hearing originally scheduled for December 14, 2021 and rescheduled to January 11, 2022. This meeting was originally scheduled to be a hybrid meeting. Due to COVID protocol, this meeting will now be entirely REMOTE.
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5 and s.9, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. and accessible via ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by the petitioner: LPS Maynard, LLC, 465 Waverly Avenue, Suite 202, Waltham, MA. 02452.
The Petitioner is requesting Special Permit approval for a Veterinary Clinic at the Maynard Crossings (129 Parker Street) mixed-use development. The Clinic is proposed to be in Building R2, Unit 15-4 (2-15 Digital Way).
This request is pursuant to Sections 3.0, 9.3 and 10.4 of the Zoning By-laws and the Concept Plan approved by Town Meeting on October 5, 2016.
