Legal Notice: Planning Board Public Hearing – 40-44 Main St – Feb 22nd

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5 and s.9, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing on Tuesday February 22, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. accessible via ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by the owner Thomas Whiting, 68 Kibby Lane Dennis Port, MA 02639. 

The Applicant is requesting a Special Permit for a live/work unit at 40-44 Main Street. The proposed plan will create an apartment in the back portion of the unit, while leaving the streetside, front portion of the unit for commercial use.

This request is pursuant to Sections 3.0 of the Zoning By-laws.
