Legal Notice: ZBA Public Hearing – 7 Martin St – Aug 22

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.9 & s.15, the Maynard Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a REMOTE public hearing via Zoom on Monday, August 22, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the Special Permit Application filed by Matthew Stein, 7 Martin Street, Maynard MA 01754.

The subject property, 7 Martin Street, is located within the General Residence Zoning District and is a pre-existing non-conforming structure. The non-conformity is failure to meet the front setback. Per Section 5.1.3 of Maynard Zoning By-laws, the petitioner is requesting a Special Permit to extend the existing structure to add living area to the dwelling. The request would not exacerbate the non- conformity.
