Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.9 & s.15, the Maynard Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a REMOTE public hearing on Monday December 19, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the Application filed by Gabe Wegel, 4 Sheridan Avenue, Maynard, MA. 01754 requesting an amendment to a previously approved Variance.
The subject property, 4 Sheridan Avenue, is a non-conforming structure located on a conforming lot. The property is within the Single-Family Residence Zoning District 1.
A Variance was approved for the subject property in 2010, allowing an encroachment of 15 feet into the required 25-foot front setback (corner lot) to construct a garage and adjacent concrete pad. This request would amend the existing Variance to allow the addition of a workshop structure as part of the revised approval within the same reduced setback distance.
