On Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 6:30PM, at Town Hall, Room 201 the Maynard Board of Selectmen will hold a Taking Hearing with respect to Rockland Avenue, as it is shown on a plan entitled “Plan of Land in Maynard, Massachusetts, Prepared for Sweeney & Sons, Inc. 78 Rockland Ave., Maynard, MA 01760”, prepared by Acton Survey and Engineering, and dated August 10, 1999, recorded in the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds as Plan 1009 of 2000. The purpose of the hearing will be to adopt an Order of Taking of an easement in Rockland Avenue for a public way.
Notice is hereby given, on May 9, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Room 101, Soup Campbell Meeting Room, Maynard, MA, the Board of Selectmen will vote pursuant to Mass. General Law Chapter 82, §22, to lay out Rockland Avenue as a public way to be considered for acceptance at the May 20, 2019 Annual Town Meeting. The plan showing the location and boundaries of the layout is available for viewing at the Town Clerk’s Office, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA and the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds as Plan 1009 of 2000.

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Maynard Town Building, 195 Main Street, Maynard, Soup Campbell Room, to hear all persons interested in the Petition filed by Thomas Morey, President, Greenstar Herbals, Inc., 310 Flagg Hill Road, Boxborough, MA 01719.

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Maynard Town Building, 195 Main Street, Maynard, Soup Campbell Room to hear all persons interested in the Petition filed by Glenn Davis, 43 Woodrow Street, Hudson MA 01749 on behalf of Steven Trumble, 1 Sauta Farm Way, Hudson, MA 01749, requesting Site Plan review to allow construction of walk-up windows and façade changes for the proposed Theatre Creams be located at 21 Summer Street, Maynard, MA 01754. The project area is located in an existing structure adjacent to the Fine Arts Theatre, and is located within the Business Zoning District.
