We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of PT, per diem Commuter Shuttle Driver. The Maynard/Acton Commuter Shuttle Driver is responsible for operating an 8 or 12-passenger van with a wheelchair lift for the transportation of residents of Maynard and Acton to the South Acton Commuter Rail Station. The shuttle service is a fixed route with multiple stops in Maynard and Acton. Shifts are 3 hours each on average and run morning and evening, Monday thru Friday. Applicants should have working knowledge of Massachusetts driving rules and regulations/working knowledge of the layout of the Town of Maynard is helpful. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary as well as basic technological skills including the use of a cell phone.
