Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a remote public hearing on ZOOM video to hear all persons interested in the Special Permit application filed by John Mallin, 55 Glendale St., Maynard, MA 01754.

The subject property, a single-family dwelling in the S-2 zoning district, is a pre-existing nonconforming structure due to insufficient frontage, front setbacks, and lot area. Per Sections 4.1 and 10.4 of the Maynard Protective Zoning By-Law, the applicant requests Special Permit approval to maintain the existing nonconforming frontage and front setbacks, and further exceed the 15% building coverage maximum, in order to construct an addition to the residence.
