The American Planning Association - Massachusetts Chapter (APA-MA) Awards Committee selected Maynard resident David Mark to receive the Citizen Planner Award. He was honored by the APA-MA on Friday, December 8, 2023, at the APA-MA Annual Awards & Holiday Luncheon at the Colonial Inn, Concord.
