Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Justin Chrzanowski, 235 Goodman Hill Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
The subject property, 14-16 Hillside Street, Maynard, MA 01754, is a preexisting two-family dwelling located in the Central Business zoning district (CB), within the Downtown Overlay District (DOD). Per Sections 9.4 and 10.4 of the Protective Zoning By-Laws, applicant seeks Special Permit approval to renovate the existing structure to add two additional dwelling units, for a total of four dwelling units.
