Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by the business owner Wooseok Chang, 1 Powder Mill Road, Maynard, MA 01754.
The subject property, 1 Powder Mill Road, is an existing BP gas station located in the Downtown Mixed-Use Overlay District with underlying zoning in the Business district. Per Sections 3.1 and 10.4 of the Protective Zoning By-Laws, the applicant seeks a Special Permit for the existing gas station use with ancillary use as a convenience store, in order to bring the business into full compliance with the Zoning By-Laws.
