Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a remote public hearing on ZOOM video to hear all persons interested in the application filed by the Business Owner Wooseok Chang, 1 Powder Mill Road, Maynard, MA 01754.
The subject property, 1 Powder Mill Road, is an existing BP gas station located in the Downtown Mixed-Use Overlay District with underlying zoning in the Business district. Per Sections 3.2.3 and 10.2 of the Protective Zoning By-Laws, the applicant seeks Special Permit approval to allow overnight storage of more than one commercial vehicle not to exceed 25,000 GVW (U-Haul) at the subject property.
