Public Hearing Date: Tuesday, August 6, 2024, 7:00 PM
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing on Tuesday August 6, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard MA, 01754 and also accessible via ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Mass Wellspring LLC, 18 Powdermill Road, Acton, MA 01720.
Consistent with Sections 3.0, 7.9, 9.4.6 and 10.4 of the Zoning By-laws, and the Planning Board Rules and Regulations, the petitioner is requesting renewal of the existing Special Permit to operate a marijuana retailer establishment in the Central Business zoning district at 17 Nason Street.
