Contractor I.W. Harding Construction Co. Inc. will be performing roadway, sidewalk, and traffic signal construction at the intersection of Concord Street and Acton Street/Haynes Street beginning on or around August 12, 2024, and running through the Winter of 2024, weather permitting.
The work consists of construction of a new traffic signal, pedestrian signals, roadway milling, pavement overlay, sidewalk reconstruction, curbing, pedestrian curb ramps, signage, pavement markings, and pedestrian crossing equipment.
Once construction is started, no on-street parking will be allowed until all construction activities are completed.
Daily vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic detours may be put into place to facilitate the contractor’s construction of the roadway and traffic signal improvements. Please plan on potential delays or to seek alternate travel routes during times when detours are in place.
