Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Cenk Cevik, Maynard Pie Inc., 346 Wellman Avenue, North Chelmsford, MA 01863.
Per Sections 3.0 and 10.4 of the Protective Zoning By-Law, petitioner requests Special Permit approval to operate a Fast Food Restaurant (Domino’s Pizza) at 52 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754. The subject property is located in the Downtown Mixed-Use Overlay District with underlying zoning in the Central Business District.
