Maynard Planning Board
Public Hearing Date: Tuesday, December 10, 2024, 7:00 PM
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Civico Development, 40 Jackson Street Suite 3200, Worcester, MA 01608, on behalf of owner Maynard Bancroft LLC.
The subject property, 12 Bancroft Street, received Planning Board Special Permit and Site Plan Approval in 2020 for multifamily residential use. In accordance with Section 10.5 of the Protective Zoning By-Law, the applicant is requesting to amend the approved Site Plan/Special Permit decision dated August 11, 2020.
The applicant is requesting landscape plan modifications to conform with historical standards required by the National Park Service (NPS). The request also includes modifications to the public improvements in the adjacent park area.
