Please be advised that the Maynard Select Board, acting at their December 17, 2024, Select Board’s meeting, voted five to zero: “To set the date, time, and location of the 2025 Annual Town Meeting as Monday, May 19, 2025, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Fowler School Auditorium, 3 Tiger Drive, Maynard.”
The Select Board approved a Performance Recognition Program as well to be presented at the Annual Town Meeting on May 19, 2025.

The Performance Recognition Program (PRP) will be presented at the Annual Town Meeting in May, 2025. Up to three (3) awards will be presented to employees of the Town and/or School Departments and up to one (1) award will be presented to a non-elected volunteer from a Charter designated Board or Committee. Please access the 2025 Performance Recognition Memorandum and Overview as well as the 2025 Performance Recognition Program Form below in the Relevant Documents section of this page. Nominations must be submitted to the Town Administrator's Office by April 21, 2025.
