Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Dinorka Marte, 54 Ashland Woods Lane, Ashland, MA 01721.
Consistent with Section 10.4 of the Zoning By-laws, the petitioner is requesting a Special Permit to operate a motor vehicle repair business to be located at 76 Powder Mill Rd Maynard, MA 01754.
