Spring 2025 Town of Maynard DPW Paving Program
Newport Construction Corp. Inc. will be performing roadway work beginning the week of March 17, 2025, and running through April or May, weather permitting.
The work consists of reconstruction of roadways, roadway milling, pavement overlay and asphalt berm.
Once construction is started, no on-street parking will be allowed until all construction activities are completed.

The below is a list of the proposed spring 2025 roadway paving program in the Town of Maynard. The Roadways will be either Reconstructed or treated with pavement Mill & Overlay:

- Heights Terrace – from Riverview Avenue to Shore Ave
- Allen Drive - Great Road to End
- Fletcher Steet - Great Road to Assabet Street.
- Windmill Drive – Pavement Mill & Overlay
- Country Lane – Pavement Mill & Overlay
- Elm Court – Pavement Mill & Overlay
- Field Street – Pavement Mill & Overlay
- Summer Street (from Durant to Howard Road) – Pavement Mill & Overlay
- 7 Sheridan Avenue - Pavement Area Repair
- 16 Driscoll Avenue - Pavement Area Repair
