Public Hearing Date: Tuesday, July 8, 2025, 7:00 PM
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the Special Permit and Site Plan Review application filed by Lexvest Parker LLC, 141 Parker Street, Maynard, MA 01754.
The subject property, 141 Parker Street, is a pre-existing commercial structure located in the Neighborhood Business Overlay District (NBOD) with underlying zoning in the Industrial district. Per Sections 9.2, 10.4, and 10.5 of the Maynard Protective Zoning By-Laws, the applicant is requesting both a modification of the existing Special Permit (authorizing reduced parking requirements) and Site Plan approval for reconfiguration of the parking area in order to accommodate proposed municipal use as a Senior Center.
