Public Hearing Date: Tuesday, September 23, 2025, 7:00 PM

 

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Domenica Tatasciore, Agent on behalf of Crown Castle on behalf of Cellco Partnership D/B/A - Verizon Wireless, 1800 W. Park Drive, Suite 200, Westborough, MA 01581

 

Per Sections 7.5 of the Maynard Protective Zoning By-Law, the applicant seeks a Special Permit to collocate at an existing telecommunications facility located at 45 Old Mill Road, Maynard, MA 01754 (Maynard Rod & Gun Club).The subject property is a private sporting club on approximately 39 acres, located within the Single-Family 1 (S-1) zoning district.
