Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5 and s.9, the Maynard Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a REMOTE public hearing on October 23, 2023 accessible via ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by the petitioner Blatman, Bobrowski, Haverty & Silverstein, LLC, 9 Damonmill Square, Ste. 4A4, Concord, MA 01742, on behalf of the owner Two Powdermill LLC, 50 North Avenue, Natick, MA.
The Petitioner is requesting a Variance to provide relief from Section 9.4.3, Table H of the Zoning By-laws, to allow an area designated for motor vehicle parking and circulation that is located under upper-level occupied building space to exceed 25% of the building footprint.
The subject property located at 2-6 Powder Mill Road, Maynard, MA 01754. The proposed plan is for a mixed-use development consisting of 36 residential units and 4,950 square feet of commercial space. The property is being developed under the Downtown Overlay District (DOD) zoning regulations including, but not limited to, Sections 6.1.4, 9.4.3, 9.4.5, 9.4.6, 9.4.8.3, 10.4, and 10.5 of the Zoning By-laws.
