Maynard Rental Assistance Program (MRAP)
is administered by the Regional Housing Services Office (RHSO) and funded through the Maynard Affordable Housing Trust.
Who is eligible?
- Applicants must be current residents of Maynard.
- Applicant’s monthly rent must be less than or equal to:

- Households must demonstrate that they spend more than 30% of their gross annual income on rent and certain utilities, including heat, electricity and water sewer, if applicable.
- Gross annual household income must not exceed the following:

- Applicants may not currently receive other rental assistance from a local, state or federal program (Section 8, MRVP, Housing Authority, RAFT).
- Applicants must not currently own any real estate property.
