Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard MA, 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Shara Rivers, Rivers’ Leaves of Natural Healing, 42 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754.
Consistent with Sections 3.0, 7.9, 9.4.6 and 10.0 of the Zoning By-laws, the petitioner is requesting Special Permit approval to operate a marijuana retailer establishment in the Central Business Zoning District/Downtown Overlay District at 42 Main Street.
