Maynard Planning Board
Public Hearing Date: Tuesday, July 9, 2024, 7:00 PM
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Pawsitive Care, 15-4 Digital Way, Maynard, MA 01754.
Pursuant to Sections 3.0, 9.3 and 10.4 of the Zoning By-laws and the Concept Plan approved by Town Meeting on October 5, 2016, Petitioner is requesting Special Permit approval for a Veterinary Clinic at Maynard Crossing, Building R2, Unit 15-4, which was previously in use as a Veterinary Clinic (authorized by Special Permit of the Planning Board).
