Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by filed by Onur Bicak, Bypex LLC, 240 Turnpike Road, Westborough, MA 01581.
The subject property, 76 and 76A Powder Mill Road, Maynard, MA 01754, is in the Business District. The applicant currently operates a Used Motor Vehicle Sales business at 76A Powder Mill Road under Planning Board Special Permit PB2403. Per Section 3.0 of the Maynard Protective Zoning By-laws, petitioner is requesting Special Permit approval to expand the existing business operation to include the front parking area and the front half of the existing building at 76 Powder Mill Road.
