Fire Chief Angela Lawless reports that due to the operational needs of Concord's 250th and the Boston Marathon, the town of Maynard's district fire resources will be assigned.
In an attempt to reduce the possible needs of public safety resources, regional fire departments affected, including Maynard, are making this weekend a "Red Flag Status" and not activating permits for open burning, from April 18-21, 2025.
