We are reporting a combination water and sewer main break on Parker Street at the Walnut Street intersection. Due to the nature of this issue, we will be performing an emergency repair on Wednesday May 28th. Water will be shut down and may impact residents in an around this intersection including low water pressure and discolored water because of the issue along the Parker Street corridor.
Parker Street will be closed tomorrow effective 8am until completion, anticipated 11pm. The detour for this project will consist of rerouting through the presidential neighborhood, Roosevelt, McKinley, or Harrison. As well as access to Walnut Street. This closure will result in long traffic delays. Plan your travel accordingly to avoid this location.
