Public Hearing Date: Tuesday, July 8, 2025, 7:00 PM

 

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Paul Peckens, 8020 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77024, on behalf of Crown Castle, Inc., 1505 Westlake Avenue North, Suite 800, Seattle, WA 98109.

 

Per Sections 7.5 and 10.4 of the Maynard Protective Zoning By-Law, the applicant seeks to renew their Special Permit for operation of an existing Wireless Telecommunications Tower and associated equipment at 45 Old Mill Road, Maynard, MA 01754 (Maynard Rod & Gun Club). The subject property is a private sporting club on approximately 39 acres, located within the Single-Family 1 (S-1) zoning district.
