Public Hearing Date: Tuesday, October 28, 2025, 7:00 PM
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by TRC Environmental Corporation (TRC) 650 Suffolk Street, Lowell MA. 01854, on behalf of NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a/Eversource Energy (Eversource).
Per Sections 7.3 and 10.4 of the Town Zoning By-laws, the applicant is requesting a Special Permit to conduct Earthwork for the Maynard Substation Transformer Replacement Project at
Eversource Station 416, located at 10 Sudbury Road in Maynard. The earth removal work is part of a project to increase substation station capacity and reliability.
