Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Zur Attias, 48 Thoreau Street, Concord, MA. 01742 on behalf of the owner 39-43 Mainard, LLC.
The subject property, 39-43 Main Street, is located within the Central Business zoning district (CB), within the Downtown Overlay District (DOD). The applicant is requesting a Special Permit to allow a non-conforming sign (exceeds the allowable sign area).
