Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by La Rotisseria LLC, 83 Silver Hill Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
The petitioner is requesting Special Permit approval for a Fast-Food Restaurant (La Rotisseria) at the Maynard Crossings (129 Parker Street) mixed-use development. The business is proposed for 3 Digital Way, Unit 6, located in the Neighborhood Business Overlay District (NBOD).
