Public Hearing Date: Tuesday, June 10, 2025, 7:00 PM

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754 and on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the Special Permit application filed by Stephanie Pittman, 129 Acton St. Unit 4, Maynard, MA 01754.

Per Sections 3.1, 9.4, and 10.4 of the Protective Zoning By-Law, the petitioner is seeking Special Permit approval to operate a Cocktail Lounge (wine bar) at 115 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754. The subject property is a mixed-use building located in the Downtown Mixed-Use Overlay District (DOD) with underlying zoning in the Central Business (CB) district.
