Chaperones
We are looking for Chaperones. Chaperones will get a complementary lift pass and bus ride to the mountain. Responsibilities include assisting students with rental equipment process, directing students to lessons, and supervising student activities in the lodge and on the mountain. We welcome chaperones who don’t plan to ski/ride and can hang out at our designated table in the lodge throughout the session. If you are interested in being a parent chaperone, please email lisamacphee1@gmail.com.
Mountain Logistics
Due to the nature of the sport, we cannot ensure that students will be supervised at all times. They should be able to ride lifts and ski independently. First time skiers and riders should not go on any lift or slope without having their first lesson. They may need one or more sessions to learn the skills needed for lift service terrain. They can use the two carpet lifts to start.
Our group will have a designated table in the lodge. A chaperone will be present at the table throughout the session for students to be able to check in and hang out as needed.
Bus Logistics
Bus pick-up and drop-off will be at Fowler School. The bus will depart Fowler at 3:00pm and return around 9:00pm. There will be an option to drop ski equipment off at Fowler during morning drop-off.
