1 Summer Street (Old Fire Station)

Voters at the Annual Town Meeting, May 15, 2023, approved the disposition of town-owned property at 1 Summer Street, and authorized the Select Board to negotiate a sale.

The deadline to submit a proposal for the RFP was May 28, 2024, at 12pm.

Following the evaluation of responsive, responsible bids and subsequent approval by the Maynard Select Board, a Letter of Award was issued to MacDonald Development, Inc. on September 23, 2024.
