"I VOTED" Sticker Contest

Winners to be announced on December 16th!

Calling All Maynard Student Artists - Grades K-8!

Town Clerk, Melissa L. Pelletier is thrilled to announce Maynard’s first ever “I Voted!” Sticker Design Contest for the 2026 Local Town Election.

We’re looking for creativity, color, and plenty of hometown spirit! This contest gives students the opportunity to design the sticker that Maynard voters will proudly wear after casting their ballots.

The goal is simple: to inspire civic engagement among our youngest residents, helping them feel connected to their local government and understand that every vote and every voice truly matters!

 

DESIGN GUIDELINES

  • The design must be circular (will be resized to fit a 2-inch sticker)
  • Artwork should be hand-drawn on white paper.
  • Please avoid any political parties, candidates, slogans.
  • Original artwork only - one entry per student.
  • Designs that include a Maynard theme or reference are encouraged!

 

HOW TO SUBMIT

  • Submit through their school office
  • Drop off artwork at the Town Clerk’s Office in Town Hall
  • Or email their design to clerk@townofmaynard.net

Each submission must include a completed entry form to be eligible.

 

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Deadline to submit: Friday, December 5, 2026
  • Winners announced: Tuesday, December 16, 2026

Two winners will be selected:

 one from grades K - 4 & one from grades 5 - 8
